How do Consano Consortium Members benefit?
- Receive free education and training assistance offered by the Consortium.
- Become a member of a larger network of organizations with access to additional resources.
- Be part of a solution to combat Adolescent Opioid Abuse in your local community.
- In some cases, Consortium Members may qualify for funding assistance.
As a participating Consortium Members, you do have responsibilities as members:
- Be committed to delivery on the terms of your Consano Consortium Agreement.
- Provide the necessary time and resources to assist in making the partnership a success.
- Utilize Consortium provided resources for the intended use in support of Consortium goals

- Provide the necessary time and resources to assist in making the partnership a success.
- Utilize Consortium provided resources for the intended use in support of Consortium goals.
- Attend Consortium quarterly and annual meetings and events.
- Respond to Consortium reporting requirements.
- Be a valued partner to the Consortium.
To get the process started on becoming a Consano Consortium Member, you need to do the following:
1. Complete the Consano Consortium Membership Questionnaire.
2. Sign and return, on your organization's letterhead, the Consano Consortium Commitment Letter.
3. Be prepared to sign and execute the Consano Consortium Membership Agreement for your organization.
